Original dubstep pioneer based in Croydon. Benga put out his first releases on the legendary Big Apple label at the tender age of 14. He’s now working on a debut album which follows the release this year of his ‘New Step’ compilation of rare dubplates, which sold out overnight - a dazzling and heady melt of lethal bass weight and glittering melody lines.
