Described in the press release as a must for the 'discerning breakcore connoisseur' I must say I was surprised to hear that Shitmat's latest record, possibly named after everyone's favourite jungle deejay is actually his most restrained to date. When I say restrained I mean that it doesn't really ever go into Venetian Snares-lite IDM chop-up retardation, rather focusing on the more hardcore-styled junglist/rave sound of the early 90s.
