Limited Picture Disc! Ra is the alias of Parisian producer Raoul Sinier, who you may already know from his work on the Sublight label. This release compiles an assortment of remixes of his 'Ev.Panic' missive, including contributions from dDamage, label boss Mu-Ziq and the tirelessly prolific Venetian Snares. The aforementioned Mr Snares takes the road most travelled and predictably knocks the heck out of the original in the most obscenely edit-intensive fashion he can muster. Far more interesting is mike Paradinas' slant on things, which involves an epically discordant synth drone remodelling of the beat-heavy source material. Also included are standalone tracks 'Le Cimietiere des Elephants' and 'Mother Slug', two fine examples of industrial grey hip hop electronics.
