    Planet Mu is the label that recently brought jungle pioneers Bizzy B and Remarc out of retirement, but this face-meltingly weird album from Los Angeles sound mangler Phthalocyanine (catchy name, mate) is on different tip altogether. A heady, messy mixture of gabba, d&b and Aphex Twin-style electronics, it sounds like a mad scientist's experiment gone horribly wrong.     What is the monster doing to music? Does he realise you shouldn't be able to make such noise and get away with it? Does he realise it's brilliant?     The funny thing about Phthalocyanine is that up until last week I had never heard anyone even mention Phthalocyanine and all of a sudden Phthalocyanine is fuckin' everywhere.     To say I was a little confused about the name of this artist would be an understatement. Just on the press release you can find three different spellings and no pronunciation guide, so I though I’d better do some investigating. A couple of mouse clicks later and I’d found all the answers:
